Kitesurf School Tulum Teaching Steps Our school is following the most professional and safest method of teaching, known as IKO (International Kitesurfing Organisation). Thanks to our large experience in practicing and teaching kiteboarding, we are able to power your kiteboarding abilities and manage to speed up your personal learning curve. Here the steps of kiteboarding classes in Tulum Riviera Maya:

Beginner - IKO Level 1

With this package, you will learn to set and control the kite, learn about the security of the sport and meteorology, water re-launch and self-rescue. You will also start to make your first body drags with the board, depending on your ability.

Intermediate - IKO Level 2

With this package, you will continue learning to generate the necessary power with the kite and the right positioning of the body and the board to start trying to stand up on the board and possibly have your first ride sensations.

Advance - IKO Level 3

With this package, you will continue practicing standing up on the board, ride downwind and upwind and it will leave you completely independent to keep practicing by yourself.
